Songs or rhymes have a phenomenal influence on a child’s language acquisition, understanding, and emotional development. To encourage and inculcate the habit of recitation, children of PP1 and PP2 celebrated Poetry Fest on the 22nd of November, 2021.
Children logged into the virtual class with lots of enthusiasm to participate in the Poetry Fest. Children took turns reciting their favorite poems and encouraged and applauded their friends for the same. Some parents made props, and children used them with great joy. Teachers were surprised to see children recite long poems with great ease. The children enjoyed their virtual Poetry Fest to their heart’s content.
