On the 19^th of April 2019 the Middle and Senior school assembled for a special morning assembly to bid farewell to the Vice Principal, Mrs Latha Shankar. Mrs Shankar served as the Vice Principal since 2013 and had been a Math teacher in the school from 2001 to 2012. She was given a fond farewell by the teachers and administrative staff of the school in the afternoon. A memento was presented to her by both the staff club as well as by the school.

She was liked and admired by all for her remarkable efficiency especially with regards to making timetables, administrative skills and sharp power of observation.
