On March 9th, 2024, our Pre-Primary and Primary teachers had the privilege of participating in a leadership workshop facilitated by Ms. Shilpa and Mr. Parikshit. This insightful session, held in the morning, delved into various crucial aspects of education and professional development.
The workshop began with a comprehensive discussion on the diverse courses available after 10th grade, shedding light on the statistics regarding student preferences across different fields nationwide. Emphasis was placed on the significance of research programs in various domains, fostering a deeper understanding of children and effectively guiding parents.

Throughout the session, several key topics were explored, including the importance of psychometric evaluation, enhancing communication skills, fostering logical and critical thinking abilities, and promoting multidisciplinary learning. These discussions aimed to equip our educators with valuable insights and strategies to enrich their teaching practices.

One of the highlights of the workshop was an engaging activity where teachers collaborated in groups to create integrated lesson plans. Each group selected a specific topic and integrated various subjects into their lesson plans, emphasizing the importance of cross-curricular teaching approaches.

The workshop served as a platform for our teachers to exchange ideas, gain new perspectives, and enhance their leadership skills in the field of education. We are confident that the knowledge and insights gained from this session will further empower our teachers to inspire and educate our students effectively.
