Climate Ambassador’s Day – Little Hands, Great Efforts (31-7-24)
On the 31st of July our school had organised a special Climate Ambassadors Event for the enthusiastic second graders. It was designed to instill a sense of environmental responsibility from an early age. The event aimed at teaching them about climate change and the importance of taking care of our planet.
Children came up with thoughtful posters and models which showcased their understanding of Earth’s ecosystems and how climate change is affecting life on the planet. They shared their views and measures to combat the issue and make our world a better place to live in. The judges were impressed by the genius of the little minds.
This event was effective in driving home the point that the need for environmental care is crucial in the growing years, even at the tender age of 6-7 years. Such awareness programs inculcate a sense of responsibility towards the planet and help nurture Climate Ambassadors for the globe.
