Session 3 of Leadership Program in Primary
The Session 3 of the Leadership program was conducted between 21 October 2024 and 25 October 2024 for the Primary school students of The Hyderabad Public School. The session wise details of the programme are listed below.
Grades 1 to 4: Little Leaders League
The Little Leaders’ League session for Grades 1-4 focused on developing teamwork, positive communication, and problem-solving skills. Over two hours, 60 students participated in activities such as Telephone, Ball-Balance Race, and Human Knot, all designed to enhance leadership abilities. These interactive games fostered self-awareness and collaboration, allowing students to engage with peers in age-appropriate ways while building essential leadership qualities.
Grades 5: Trust Building
The 2-hour trust-building session for Grades 5-7 was designed to enhance empathy, teamwork, and communication skills. Through activities such as Famous Pairs, Trust Circle, and The Enigmatic Self, students explored the concept of trust, its role in leadership, and the characteristics of trustworthy individuals. Discussions throughout the session emphasized the importance of fostering trust through consistency, honesty, and respect, helping students strengthen their interpersonal relationships and leadership potential.
