Leadership Retreat @ The Golden Boulders
The Leadership team of The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet attended a Leadership Retreat@ The Golden Boulders Campsite from 29 th November to 1 st December, 2024.
All the thirty members of the team delved into the different segments of this programme, with a focus on transformative practices for healthy, effective & futuristic work environments. This was part of the ongoing exploration for excellence in everything that is done at school.
The first day of the retreat was packed with group activities. The activities were well curated to put to test how quickly participants overcame obstacles, with themes getting changed half way into the planning, and the members being swapped between teams. The participants used drama &theatrical skills to negotiate and transform themselves in situations with fast changing stimulus.
The second day saw sessions on Emotional Intelligence being linked to performance & self- awareness. The day was packed with amazing discussions and fiery brainstorming. The evening was laced with a dance therapy for the leadership team. It created a space for everyone to unwind and connect at a deeper level. The outstanding resource persons and wonderful hospitality added to the day being truly transformative.
The final day started with a short hike which was followed by a session on self-immersion and reflection.The entire purpose of the retreat was to make the participants better leaders, team members and take The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet to greater heights.
