Black & White Day
Colour days are always fun, but few colour combinations are more significant such as ‘Black and White.’
Black is generally associated with power, authority, and strength, while White is righteous, good, and peaceful.
PP1 children celebrated Black and White Day on 7th April, 2022.
Teachers and students came dressed in black and white clothes. Teachers showed them presentations and videos of animals that are black and white in nature. They also learnt one interesting fact about each animal.
They showcased their talent in craft by making headgears of dolphins, owls, panda, zebra, orca, white tiger, and penguin. The objective was to help children recognize black and white animals in nature, which met with utmost fun.
