The topic of transport introduced in July was a rich and exciting event at pre-primary. The different modes of transportation, such as land, air and water, were shown to children by a rich display of models and hangings in the pre-primary corridors.
Display of emergency and defence vehicles, safety and traffic rules were adorned on the soft boards outside classrooms, making the event a rich learning environment. Students could relate real-life traffic signals experiences to what was taught and displayed.
Transport day art and craft were a hands-on learning experience for students to relate to the event. PP2 students did paper rockets and a specially designed booklet on transportation while the PP1 students were coloring and doing other activities.
