On 26th July, our Foundational Years PP1 had a delightful and engaging experience with Dr Kavitha Reddy, a renowned and experienced dietitian. Dr Reddy’s visit was a special treat as she opened up a world of Magic foods that could transform these tiny eaglets into Super heroes.
The session kicked off with Dr Reddy’s vibrant introduction, filled with colourful visuals and interactive props that immediately captured the children’s curiosity. She used playful methods and simple explanations to help the kids understand why eating healthy foods is important.
The children were immediately drawn into the experience, eagerly participating in activities that made learning about nutrition both fun and memorable. Dr Reddy’s warm and engaging approach made the session feel like a special adventure, sparking a new-found enthusiasm for healthy eating habits in our little ones.
