A visit to the United States of America- NASA

The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet recently organized a visit to the United States for 51 students and 5 teachers to participate in Edvour’s Space Program. The program was designed to provide students with an immersive and hands-on learning experience in the field of space exploration and research.

During the visit, the students had the opportunity to work alongside leading scientists and engineers in the space industry and explore some of the most advanced space research facilities in the world. The program had a strong emphasis on practical learning and combined classroom instruction with real-world experiences to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of space exploration.

In addition to the Space Program, the students also attended a Robotics Workshop at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and visited some of the most iconic tourist attractions in the world, including Harvard University and the American Museum of Natural History.

The visit also included a trip to NASA, where the students had the chance to witness the latest developments in space technology and research. They were also presented with a stone from Mars by astronaut Don Thomas as a token for the school, which was accepted by our Vice Principal Mrs Amrita Chandra as a custodian of the school.

The students were thrilled to be a part of such a comprehensive program that not only broadened their horizons but also developed their social skills and sparked their curiosity.
