Cambridge Schools Conference South Asia 2025 – Preparing learners to thrive in a changing world.
The second edition of this conference was conducted over two days at Taj Surajkund, Faridabad. This event saw over three hundred participants from across the South Asia region. This was attended by Dr. Skand Bali, Principal, The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet and Ms. Sonali Roy Chowdhury Singh, Cambridge Coordinator.
The welcome address and keynote speeches were delivered by Mr. Vinay Sharma, Senior VP, International Education, South Asia. In his address he set the tone for the conference emphasizing on the advent of AI and its impact on education. He also pointed out how environmental issues were going to be a challenge to prosperity.
This was followed by an address by Mr. Rod Smith on “Thriving in Uncertainty: making Learners Ready for the Rapidly changing World”. He spoke on all new elements introduced by Cambridge in the last few years like Young Pioneers Programme, Climate Quest, Cambridge Connect Bridge Course, Digital mocks among others.
The next session was addressed by Ms. Lindsay Nadine on AI. This was followed by break out sessions on different topics. Dr. Sue Brindley took us through an interactive session on “ Leading with Purpose: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities as a School leader.”
The conference provided a tremendous learning experience coupled with networking opportunities for schools to understand and align themselves with the exciting opportunities that Cambridge International provides.
