QUALIFICATIONS FOR NON-TEACHING REQUIREMENTS
Accounts Manager:
A Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, business, is preferred. Proficiency in
computers and should have knowledge in ERP software and all other accounting packages. Preferred age should be between 45 to 50 years. Should have 15 years plus experience as Accounts Manager in Residential schools / Universities. Must have an experience in computation of Income Tax, GST, PF and other statutory payments.
Store-In-Charge:
A graduate degree, with a strong understanding of inventory management systems and procedures. Computer skills including maintaining the ERP and online functions. With minimum of 10 years of experience in store management or a related field. Preferred age should be between 25 to 40 years. Candidates
should have English Medium Background (Mandatory) Preference will be given to defence personnel from the Clerk SKT trade (Army), or equivalent positions from the Air Force and Navy, due to their expertise in handling logistical and store management functions.
Assistant Estate Manager:
A bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in General administration /Facility management. Proficiency in computers and should have knowledge in ERP software. Preference will be given to defence personnel / Army background.Preferred age should be between 25 to 40 years. Candidates should have English Medium Background (Mandatory). Proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu languages is preferable.
Carpentry & welding department In-Charge:
Diploma in Carpentry/Woodworking/Metal Fabrication or Equivalent Certification in Welding Techniques. Knowledge of safety regulations. 5+ Years of Experience in
Carpentry and Welding Maintenance Work. At least five years of hands-on experience in both carpentry and welding are required to handle routine and complex maintenance tasks efficiently. Experience in a school setting or similar environment is preferable, given the unique needs for classroom and facility repairs.Experience in Managing a Team of Technician & Experience in School or Institutional Maintenance. Familiarity with the specific needs of school maintenance, including furniture repairs, door and window fittings, shelving, and metal fabrication for various facilities, ensures that the candidate can adapt to the demands of an educational institution.

Job Description: Head of Information Technology (IT). Handling all the HPS Schools.
Position Summary: The Head of IT will oversee the planning, implementation, and management of all technology systems and infrastructure across the four campuses of the Hyderabad Public School Society. This includes managing IT staff, ensuring data security, integrating technology in academic delivery, and aligning IT strategy with the institution’s educational mission.
The IT Head will collaborate with the Managing Committee of HPSS, Vice Chairman BOG, Chairmen of GCs, Chairman of respective Sub Committee, Principals of respective schools to ensure effective IT management and support the organization’s overall mission and objectives.
Reporting: The IT Head will be reporting to the President of the Managing Committee.

Key Responsibilities
1 IT Strategy & Governance
- Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the Society’s vision and educational goals.
- Establish IT governance policies, SOPs, and standards to ensure consistent practices across campuses.

2 Infrastructure & Network Management

5 Team Management & Vendor Coordination
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of IT professionals across the schools.

6 Budgeting & Reporting
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget.
- Monitor IT spending and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Report IT metrics and project updates to the senior management and the Board.
Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum 10–15 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
