Celebrations of Bharat, 2021-2022
Festivals are an expressive way to celebrate our glorious heritage, culture, and traditions. They bring happiness to our lives, strengthen our sense of community, and break the monotony of life. They help pass the legends, knowledge, and tradition to the next generation.
As India is culturally diverse, the festivals can be broadly categorised as national, religious, and harvest.
On Friday, 18th February 2022, children of class I become proficient at expressing and enjoying every possible nuance of festivals celebrated in our country.
They were traditionally dressed and spoke eloquently about their chosen festival. The children sang and danced gracefully—some displayed dishes prepared for the celebrations and explained their significance.
We acknowledge and appreciate the enthusiastic support and hard work of the parents.
