The Mini Auditorium of the school was buzzing with excitement on Saturday 15 July 2023, as the students of class 2 participated in a Fancy Dress Competition themed ‘Best out of Waste’. The event provided a platform for the young participants to showcase their hidden talents and creativity by dressing up in costumes made from scrap materials.

It was heartwarming to see how the children utilized materials such as newspapers, shoe boxes, plastic covers, husks of grains, peels of fruits, etc., to create beautiful and unique costumes. The theme ‘Best out of Waste’ was a perfect way to combine the joys of crafting with recycling, and the children embraced it with great enthusiasm.

More than 120 participants took part in the competition, and the effort and hard work of both the students and their parents was commendable. The event was a great learning experience for the children, and it was amazing to witness their talent, dedication, and perseverance. The competition was a huge success, and it left a lasting impression on everyone who attended.
