Leadership Camp
Leadership Camp
28th to 30th June
A three-day Leadership Camp was organised by the school at The Golden Boulder to enhance leadership, independence, and teamwork among 56 Grade 5 students who were selected as prefects for various roles and responsibilities.
The camp offered a variety of engaging outdoor activities through which students developed valuable life skills and strengthened their bond as a team.
A highlight of the camp was the raft-building challenge, where students worked in teams using ropes, barrels, and bamboo to construct and test their own rafts on a nearby lake. This hands-on activity promoted teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience.
Students also participated in Bushcraft sessions, where they learned essential survival skills such as fire lighting and foraging. These experiences deepened their connection with nature and emphasized the importance of sustainable living.
The camp concluded with a hike to Khilla Ghanpur Fort, where students reflected on their journey amidst breathtaking views. The experience left a lasting impact, shaping them into confident, compassionate young leaders.
