Mr Appa Reddy , headed the department of Chemistry for over a decade retired on 27 th Sept’2019.The most loved and approachable teacher of HPS family joined the institution on 19th August 1986.An academician who possesses a masters in Chemistry from Osmania University and had the distinction of being the coordinator for ISC Chemistry Paper 1. Mr Appa Reddy dedicated 33 years of his life serving and imparting knowledge to the eagles of HPSB.

The school felicitated Mr. Appa Reddy on 27th Sept, 2019 by having a special assembly organised by students. They spoke about their experiences and interaction with him. It was a sight to see when all the students gathered around him wishing him farewell. The staff and management organised a farewell where the Vice Principal Mrs Amritha Chandra went down memory lane and narrated certain incidents of his journey in HPS. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.
