Orange Day – PP2

Orange colour is generally associated with trendiness and what can be more exciting than to begin the first celebration of the year with it.
The children of PP2 celebrated ‘Orange Day’ on the 28th of June with a lot of eagerness and zeal. Children and teachers all dressed in orange logged into the virtual class. They were introduced to the concept of primary colours and were asked to explore by mixing two primary colours – red and yellow. They experientially learnt the formation of the secondary colour, orange. Children were shown a presentation on oranges and watched a few rhymes. The enjoyment doubled when children were involved in making crab headgear. The joy of seeing the children wear their handmade headgear was priceless.
