Parent’s Day
You, the parents, are your child’s first teacher and best teacher. ~ Jacquie McTaggart
On 27th of July PP2 celebrated Parent’s Day to honor parents and celebrate their important role in our lives. The class started with a special prayer to bless the parents. Children dressed like their mother or father, imitated them wonderfully. Parents also participated by twinning their dress with the little ones. Children as a part of activity drew their family picture and made a photo frame to make it memorable. Parents were involved in a parent-child activity. They were asked to dress their child with newspapers. Parents seized the opportunity and showcased their talent. They quickly sewed up newspaper dresses which made them look like chef, cowboy, king, princess, calendar king to name a few. “I Love you; you love me, we are a happy family” was sung before the exciting celebrations came to an ended.
