Ten students from grade 12 and 10 participated in Real@thon-the new Hackathon event hosted by Real Page India on 7th and 8th April, 2019. It is one of the most globally reputed, property management company of the world .The event comprised of the engineering graduates, HPS students and their employees. The students and collegiate were blended into three teams named Einstein, Murthy & Jobs and were given unique tasks of completion with a deadline of 36 hours. Team Einstein was given the task of creating a ‘Chat Bot’ for property management, team Murthy-the ‘Integration of Amazon Alexa’ for property management and team Jobs was given the ‘Preparation of Forum App’ for property management. The evaluation criteria had 50 points for presentation & PPT and 50 points for the functionality of the app and its demonstration. The students of grade 10 team emerged as winners. HPS students had a great experience and were appreciated for their intellectual and creative skills by the heads of Real Page. The participation was coordinated by the career counselor Ms Reena S.
