Yellow Day
The Colour yellow is generally associated with freshness, positivity and joy. Children of PP1 celebrated Yellow Day in the last week of October.
Children joined the virtual classes in different hues and tints of yellow. They were taken on a virtual picnic and shown cartoon characters, flowers and fruits that are yellow. The presentation ended with yellow rhymes and things that are in yellow. Later, they were involved in the yellow craft activity of making a bee pencil holder and a yellow pencil cap. Finally, they made a sponge bob sandwich and called it a day while enjoying the handmade snack with their friends and teacher.
